Further information from the SENCo, and resources to support your child’s learning, can be found in the Parents section of the website, which is regularly updated.
Dear Parents and Carers,
I would like to welcome you to our SEND page, and I hope that you find the information we share here useful to your child, yourself and your family.

Firstly, to introduce myself and my role, my name is Sharon Medler and I am the SENCo for both Tunstead Primary School and St John’s Primary School, Hoveton. I was very pleased to take on the responsibility as the school’s SENCo as part of my role. I have completed the Level 7 National Award for SEN Co-ordination, along with a range of other courses to help best support pupils with additional needs.
In my role as SENCo, my main responsibility is to support pupils, parents, staff and external agencies in working collaboratively to help all children achieve to the best of their abilities. I really enjoy working openly and closely with families, even when this may require working through difficult topics and frank conversations.
Resources will be added to this page for you to read throughout the year; this will include links to external agencies. Please follow the padlet link below for more information:

Should you ever have any questions, concerns or thoughts on anything to do with your child’s needs or SEN provision, then please contact me via the school office or on email at: senco@greenshoots.norfolk.sch.uk
Kind Regards,
Sharon Medler
